Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Laser scribe processing is used widely in thin film solar cells. It realizes effective scribe processing in a high quality to use rectangle flat-top beam. Rectangular formed optical fiber can form rectangle flat-top beam easily and it has the characteristic that can build a flexible processing system. In this investigation, authors show that they have developed the rectangular formed optical fiber and it is possible to form rectangle flat-top beam to have enough uniform strength distribution by using this. In addition, authors report the result that they investigated about various factors to have an influence on a uniform strength distribution profile. |
