Abstract(in English) It is more complex to connect and set up ICT devices into home network. In addition, when connecting and setting up ICT devices many users feel negative. The number of these users is increasing. In this paper, we show the process of identifying negative emotion. The process is constructed by interviewing users and analyzing data by Grounded Theory Approach. The paper proposes guidance for negative emotion elimination in ICT device connecting and setting up base on the identification process.
