Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | The purpose of this study was to examine correlations among skill of building relationships, nonverbal behaviors (i.e. hand movements, interpersonal distance, head direction and the amount of utterance) and personality in a dyadic conversation. A total of 66 undergraduates (51 males and 15 females) participated in this experiment. The results were that skill of building relationships was positively correlated with ACT, self-monitoring and hand movements, and it was also negatively correlated with LSO-U. In addition, LSO-U was positively correlated with the amount of utterance. |
