| 抄録(和) | 博物館は、資料に内在する情報を展示し、展示情報を来館者が受け取ることで成立する。その際、展示情報の送り手である学芸員が来館者に伝えたい情報と、受け手である来館者との間で感じた情報との間での差が多くみられる。また、同じ展示情報を受け取った来館者の間でも、その情報の解釈等の違いにより、新たな価値観に気づく場合もある。このような博物館特有の空間で見られる「展示」と「人」、「人」と「人」とのコミュニケーションの在り方を評価し、よりよい博物館活動を実践するために、博物館学の立場で研究がみられる。今回、博物館を対象とした、コミュニケーションに関係する研究事例から、博物館におけるコミュニケーション研究の課題を考えていきたい。 |
| 抄録(英) | The museum's function is exhibited information that includes in the materials and documents, and accepts it for museum visitors. Sometimes, there are many differences between the information that curators wants to convey to visitors and the information that visitors accepts from curators. And when visitors accepts these information, they recognizes of new values compare with others. Recently, the trend of muscology studies and evaluates of the 'exhibition' to 'person's communication and 'person' to 'person's communication. According to museum communication's case studies, the author propose the subjects about museum communication and evaluation study. |
