Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, some statistical methods for estimating Ca^<2+> concentration from fluorescent signals of Ca^<2+> indicator dyes have been proposed. These statistical models are characterized by the parametric indefiniteness in common. In this paper, we propose a state space model with a hierarchical Bayes structure. We introduce hyperpriors for generating parameters of the state space model, resulting in the parametric uniqueness. We implement this hierarchical Bayes model with the particle filter method, and by applying to artificial and real fluorescent signals, we verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
