Few degrees, large degrees and infinity of degrees of freedom in chaos dynamics

Abstract(in English) In globally coupled map lattices, we study the return maps of the mean field when system size N is small, large and infinite. Here, we adopt N =10 in small system size, N = 10,000 in large system size, and nonlinear Frobenius-Perron equation in system size infinity. When system size is small, the return maps of the mean field are not affected by the coupling strength. It is found that in most cases the return maps in large system have the fluctuated those in system size infinity.
