| Abstract(in English) | This paper describes the motor skill training with online-communities. In a lot of the training systems, the system developer designed a learning method. But, it is not form that a learner as the leader put out one's method. We approach flexible online-communities that allowed the leader to design activity-log suitably for motor skill. In addition, the leader open a community with training-process followed it. |
