Abstract(in English) When a telecom company have developed the business by telephone and leased circuit service, it has used the telephone number or a line ID of exclusive one as a identifier for specifying its customers, it treated its customer information as added data to contract information. But now the company is offering the various access services, for example ADSL and optical one and the contents service which is different from access service. The company is facing the paradigm shift made possible by the conversion from contract-oriented data model to customer-oriented data model because customer relationship management is developed, and it is increasingly important to analyze its customers' persona and life-log. This paper considers the check up point for transition from existent contract-oriented data model to customer-oriented data model, and the effect of the customer-oriented data model.
