Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the telecom companies, the address information is important in order to relate the customers to their own equipment. The address information is utilized for various purposes, judgment probability of providing customer to our services, the key information to account matching data, planning a marketing strategy. There are many OSSs (Operation Support Systems) in order to do each transaction. The OSSs have stored the same address data differently, not timely. As a result, the problem of existence of the duplicate data and data incorrectness has occurred. Because of the complicated the network topology, the systematic management of the data is not being made. We considered total optimization of data management for OSSs and introduced the data platform which manages the address information. In this paper, we report a study for data management of OSSs and obtained knowledge from introduction of the data platform.
