Abstract(in English) It's urgent that billing service is provided flexibly and quickly, when it comes to charging corporate business, to attend to customer's diverse needs like one-stop billing including global service fee and bills from other telecommunication companies, customized billing and so on. In this article, we introduce a best practice of system development which met users' demand cost effectively by integrating and standardizing a lot of systems build for each service and spreading business processes, and providing a platform.
