| 抄録(和) | モバイル事業者の伝送網は最大数万基に及ぶ無線基地局を短期間で収容する必要があるため,その運用管理負荷を低減するには,基地局設置ごとに必要となる仮想ネットワーク設定作業の所要時間を短縮する必要がある.この仮想ネットワーク設定作業を自動化する運用管理システムPbbVpnManagerを提案する.PbbVpnManagerは,スイッチ間の接続情報と仮想ネットワーク識別子の割当情報から設定コマンド列を自動生成することで,仮想ネットワーク設定作業を自動化する.実験の結果,仮想ネットワーク設定作業の所要時間が従来の約30分から約30秒まで98.4%短縮された.これにより提案システムがモバイル伝送網の運用管理負荷低減に有効と確認できた. |
| 抄録(英) | Configuration of virtual networks in mobile transport networks increases the operational costs because network operators need to deploy maximally several tens of thousands of base stations in short term. To reduce the operational costs, it is required to shorten the time for the virtual network configuration necessary for every base station. We propose the operations and management system called PbbVpnManager that generates the configuration commands based on the connection information about adjacent switches and the information about allocated virtual network identifiers. The result of the experiment was that the PbbVpnManager shortened the configuration time required for creating a new virtual network from 30 minutes to 30 seconds by 98.4%. This result shows that the proposed system is helpful in reducing the load of operations and management in mobile transport networks. |
