Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As the number of mobile service users increases, the mobile use becomes more diversified. It brings us new problems in determination of a service quality criterion. In the network planning and operation, it is required to determine the criterion based on QoE (Quality of Experience), however, an appropriate evaluation methodology is still under consideration. In this paper, the authors reported an application classification from the view point of experience of waiting. The authors conducted field experiments by utilizing our assessment system and reported the difference of subjective quality among applications.
