Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Resource reservation services have appeared recently, and they have advantage of service qualities of real-time telecommunication in IP network. Because they are also suitable for business use, it is a relevant issue to clarify service design to improve corporate users' satisfaction. This paper shows modelling of the function of corporate users' utility by willingness to pay for their bandwidth. It derives mathematically their utility with this function based on this model, and it shows a condition that is superior in total users' utility. Furthermore, this paper clarifies that the service to guarantee the lower limit of the bandwidth with positive users' utility gives the maximum of total users' utility under the condition of the same service cost.v
