Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Introduction of monitoring cameras is effective in the natural damage such as flood of the river, determent of crime, and early resolusion to case. But there is problem in the angle of view and the number of monitoring cameras, and the blind spot by the shape of the area for the watch. In this report, we define nondiffracting vorono diagram that doesn't include the blind spot in monitoring area. Based on it, we obtain the blind spot area of the monitoring camera and the area where multi aspect with two or more cameras can be observed, and define the security evaluation value by monitoring camera. In addition, we constructed the system to automatic of the monitoring camera based on the evaluation value.
