Abstract(in English) | We propose the method of delivering high-quality and real-time audio and visual streaming in such a network environment that changing the packet loss rate and the amount of the delay. This method decide the encoding bitrates and the FEC redundancy to the most high-quality one based on the relation between the sending-bitrates and the packet loss rate. We verified that this method delivered higher qualitv streaming than the others. |
