Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) One factor to make a difference in expressiveness of artworks is slight difference of body movements in making such as brushwork. Therefore, when simulating artworks with computers, it is deemed desirable to provide an interface similar to making environments to reflect artists' sensitivity and technique in making. In this study, we produce a framework of pressure sensing for FTIR tables to realize simulating various artwork on table top interface. We also evaluate effectiveness of proposed method and reproducibility of artwork by developing simulators of artwork with hands and brushes using the framework.
