Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) There are various descriptions of cooking procedures in cooking recipes. It is difficult for cooking beginners to understand some of these descriptions since they are too difficult or even omitted. Therefore, we are aiming at arranging existing cooking recipes so that they become easily understandable. In this report, we describe a method for extracting descriptions in many cooking recipes on the Web, in order to supplement descriptions with multimedia information.
