Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Recently the number of cases of functional disability in brain has been growing in Japan. Schizophrenia, which is one of such diseases attributed to deficits of cognitive functions in brain, strongly requires prevention, early detection and early treatment medically. This paper reports an on-going project to provide tailor-made game software to support new style of cognitive rehabilitations. Previous games used for cognitive rehabilitation on personal computers were analyzed from various viewpoints to make specifications clearer. A collection of games are made and shown in an omnibus style. Games for user-adaptive, i.e., tailor-made cognitive rehabilitation are also described in some detail as our future goal. |
