Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have developed widely 1μm-band superluminescent diodes and wavelength tunable lasers for optical measurements. To achieve the wider bandwidth, we adopted two or more quantum-well active layers with different wavelength. The 156nm full width at half maximum was obtained as the superluminescent diode. And the 110nm changeability operation was obtained as the wavelength tunable laser sustained 1mW or more output power.
