| Abstract(in English) | A new threat for high speed photonic network that is a construction of data center of attackers is closed up. This paper presents how our new quantum stream cipher can dismiss such a new threat. Despit the authors have proposed a new project on Y-00 to proceed the next generation network, NICT quantum ICT committee neglects our proposal and trivializes the role of Y-00 in photonic network. We expect that our proposal stimulates a new discussion for the design of the photonic network based on Y-00. |
