Abstract(in English) To achive high performance semiconductor lasers, quantum-dot structure are introduced in the active layer, However, little has been studied for the dynamics of quantum-dot semiconductor lasers. Here we numerically study the dynamics of quantum-dot semiconductor lasers taking into account the occupation probability of carrier in a dot in the laser rate equation and investigate the effects of optical feedback from an external reflector.
