Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we study sound source localization by using microphone pair under the noisy environment. The proposed method reduces the influence of the noise by using two noise elements and improves the precision of the sound source localization under the noisy environment. The noise consists of directional noise and diffusive noise. Directional noise is a strong element of correlation between microphone pair, and diffusive noise is a weak element of correlation. Directional noise is made by adding the correlation value of a number of noise period. Diffusive noise is made by subtracting directional noise from the correlation value of adjacent noise period that perform sound source localization estimation. The proposed method is evaluated by computer simulation and it is shown that it is effective.
