| 抄録(和) | インターネットによる時間と距離を超えた情報のやり取りが可能となり,ネット上で多数の参加者の知識を集約した集合知が生み出されている.その代表例として,オンライン百科事典「Wikipedia」が挙げられる.本研究ではWikipediaをモデルにしたシミュレーションを行い,大方の予想に反してWikipediaが高い信頼性を保つメカニズムを,数学的モデルで示した.加えて,この信頼性を維持するために必要な条件として,膨大なアクセス数とそれらが集約される場の規模といった,インターネット特有の形成条件を示した.ユーザーの貢献頻度に特徴があるケースなどの考察も行い,信頼性への影響を評価した. |
| 抄録(英) | Collective intelligence as the total knowledge of many participants is forming on the Internet through the huge information exchanges beyond the time and distance barriers. For a masterpiece, online encyclopedia "Wikipedia" is nominated. In this study, a simulation was successfully performed to show the mechanism of maintaining the Wikipedia reliability. In addition, two requirements necessary to form the collective intelligence are shown, which are the inherent characteristics of the Internet; a large number of accesses and the big site scale of gathering the accesses. Moreover, a case of variety in user contribution was examined to evaluate its affection on the reliability. |
