Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We show common input can induce pattern transitions in a pulse associative memory model. The common input is one of external correlated inputs. In associative memory models with binary neurons, the common input can induce pattern transitions in associative memory models with binary neurons. It is effective for state transitions to induce the common input. We confirm this effectiveness for more complicated neuron model. In a pulse associative memory model, state transitions can be observed due to its chaotic dynamics. We consider this transitions arise from correlation of the chaos. Therefore, we introduce the common input to the pulse associative memory model, and show the transitions are induced by it.
