Abstract(in English) In order to improve total performance over all wireless networks, it is effective to balance traffic among radio access networks to exhaustively use radio resources by collecting information on radio resources, application contexts, and connection status of radio equipments, analyzing it, and reconfiguring the equipments adequately. For this purpose, adoption of upper layer technologies such as application awareness and up-layer traffic management on top of radio technologies such as sensing and reconfiguration in PHY and MAC layer. This paper proposes a wireless communication system with link aggregation functionality based on the heterogeneous type cognitive radio system. Large-scale experimental evaluations are planned with prototype systems that have been already developed.
