Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this report, a new relay scheme is proposed about multiple antenna relay systems. The proposed relay scheme using block diagonalization and singular value decomposition can reduce interference among relays, and the performance evaluation of the proposed relay system is made. Computer simulations are used in the performance evaluation, and the results show that compared with the conventional relay schemes used in multiple antenna systems, such as Amplify-and-Forward and Decoded-and-Forward relay schemes, the proposed relay scheme can achieve spatial multiplexing gain. A discussion about calculation amount is also made in this report, although the proposed relay scheme has larger calculation amount than the conventional relay schemes because of beam forming calculations, it can still achieve higher relay system capacity.
