Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Advanced Safety Vehicle(ASV) is one of development targets in Intelligent Transport Systems(ITS). In this paper, we propose a feasibility study on Multi-Band Inter Group and Inter Vehicle Communications(MBIG-IVC) system, which is based on the technologies of group vehicles communications and achieve the effective use of the radio frequency bands for the ITS. It is clarified that the MBIG-IVC system is effective in the expansion of service area and the enhancement of system capacity for safety driving support applications represented by the crossing collision prevention support.
