Abstract(in English) This report proposes MIMO Multipath Division turbo equalization with Block Inter-carrier interference Cancellation (MIMO-BIC) to suppress Inter-Symbol Interference (ISI), Inter-Carrier Interference (ICI), and Multi-Stream Interference (MSI). In multipath environments with delay difference greater than Guard Interval (GI) length, MIMO-OFDM transmissions suffer from severe degradation due to ISI, ICI and MSI. ISI is interference from adjacent OFDM symbols, ICI is interference from adjacent subcarriers within the OFDM symbol, and MSI is interference from other streams. The proposed method exploits log likelihood ratio (LLR) which is a fed back from a decoder and generates a transmitted signal replica by using LLR. Using that replica, received signal is divided into several blocks based on multipath. A desired signal is reconstructed by adding the desired signal replica of the desired stream to the divided signal in the frequency domain. Computer simulations demonstrate that the proposed method can achieve excellent performance in the severe multipath channels where the delay difference is greater than GI length.
