Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | K2 is the LFSR type stream cipher which outputs 64 bits of key stream every cycle with 128 bits secret key, used for BREW of KDDI cellular phone application. In this study, we considered Permutation function and Substitution function, and applied bit slice cryptanalysis to the simplified K2 stream cipher except for these functions. As a result, we succeeded all 32 bits slice cryptanalysis in seconds. |
