Influence of Intra-channel Interactions on Phase in Optical RZ Pulse

Abstract(in English) Quantitative estimation of the phase fluctuation induced by various perturbations in a RZ optical pulse is essential task to design a phase modulated optical fiber transmission system. In this report, we introduce a perturbative approach to estimate the phase fluctuation in a RZ optical pulse. Intra-channel interactions between adjacent pulses are considered as the perturbation. Complicated affection is added to the pulse phase by the variations of pulse width, wavelength, frequency chirp, and so on. Therefore, it is important to know the affection induced by intra-channel interactions detailedly.
