Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We studied color gamut of a three primary display which is optimum for reproducing light-source colors and object colors. Color gamut of three primaries was derived where color difference between reproduced and calculated light-source colors is minimun. The light-source colors were obtained by calculation based on a model. At the same time, almost all typical object colors and those in the gamut of BT.709 were considered to be included in the derived color gamut. In addition, the primaries were selected by taking into consideration spectral luminous efficiency.
