Abstract(in English) Structure and photoluminescence properties of ZnCdO particles by high pressurized firing has been investigated for the preparation of multi-layered ZnO/ZnCdO/ZnO particles, for which lower temperature process is preferred to prevent thermal diffusion between the layers. As the result, the intensity of the excitonic emission was increased and the emission from the oxygen vacancies was suppressed.
