Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Using a negative capacitor circuit, the problem on the signal delay of the current-programming time in AMOLED can be solved. However, anther problem occurs that the chip area of driver LSI increases further by embedding the negative capacitance function although a current-driver LSI is already larager than a voltage-driver LSI. To solve this problem, we propose the circuit system that the single current digital-to-analog converter (DAC) delivers current data to a current memory circuit in each output terminal sequentially. This system can reduce the number of DAC of each output and save a chip area, and the negative capacitor circuit is also used in order to shorten the current-programming time.
