Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A balanced fed antenna for the portable radio terminal is received increasing attention due to reduction of the human influence. Recently, a technique called S-parameter method using a standard network analyzer has been proposed whereby the differential impedance can be found. In this report, the effects of correcting the influence of the jig on S-parameter method by open-correction, short-correction and open-short-correction are examined. The method is illustrated by measurements on a dipole antenna, which are compared to the calculated results using moment method.
