Acceleration of FDTD Method with the Time and Space Pipeline on the Cell.B.E.

Abstract(in English) Nowadays FDTD method have been accelerated on the Cell Broadband Engine (Cell/B.E.). However there have been a problem that speedup is limited by the bandwidth of the main memory. In this report, we propose the Time and Space Pipeline (TSP) and implement the FDTD method using it. We have compared the TSP with tie conventional parallel computing, and it s shown that the TSP have shorter calculation time than parallel computing.
