Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Organic photoconductive devices have been expected for large area and low-cost image sensors. However a multilayer structure is difficult to fabricate by using a conventional wetprocess and the device performance is often lower than that fabricated by a dry-process. Metal-phthalocyanine is useful as a red sensitive material, however, the device characteristics of organic photoconductive device with metal-phthalocyanine. In this study, we investigated optical characteristics of a red sensitive organic photoconductive device using soluble metal-phthalocyanine.
