Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have fabricated organic field-effect transistors using high-performance organic semiconductor, dinaphtho[2,3-b:2',3'-f]thieno[3,2-b]thiophene (DNTT) on self-assembled-monolayer, which can be operated 3 V or less. Their mobility was 1.8 cm^2/Vs and the leakage current was kept under 1 nA at low operating voltage of 3 V, and on/off ratio exceeded 10^5. Transistor performances were not changed even under exposing to air and heat cycles; they didn't deteriorate after 180 days stored in air and were functional at high temperatures up to 150℃ in nitrogen.
