Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to make ubiquitous biosensor, which can be used by every body, we are developing SPR sensor and test chip, which is based on microfluidic technology. We fabricated the capillary-driven chip that enables us to measure only by injection of liquid sample. Antigen-antibody reaction is demonstrated within 10 min.. The chip is made by injection molding so that the chip is cost-effective and disposable. This technology is now being applied to detect mastitis pathogens. The pathogens are identified by detecting pathogen maker and using principal component analysis.
