Abstract(in English) We propose a networked virtual circuit delivery system using the reconfigurability of FPGA. The proposed system has a function that reconfigures circuit in the FPGA remotely. Under the proposed system, the users can use high-performance virtual circuit over the network. To control easily the virtual circuit that is realized in the FPGA, a whole system is implemented as a networked hw/sw complex system. In this paper, we confirmed realizability of the networked hw/sw complex system by testing a video codec delivery over the network. In addition, we evaluated a performance of the proposed system as video transmission system. Experimental results show that the proposed system can realize a real time video compression, transmission and decompression by using the networked hw/sw complex.
