A Compact Adaptive Slope Compensation Circuit for Current-Mode DC-DC Converter

Abstract(in English) A novel compact adaptive slope compensation circuit of the current-mode dc-dc converter has proposed. The proposed compact circuit achieved small die size and low power consumption. The current-mode dc-dc converter has confirmed the operation with the proposed circuit by HSPICE at the switching frequency of 1.2MHz.
