Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the current obstacle clearance criteria for GBAS approach/landing systems, the Obstacle Assesment Surface(OAS) and Collision Risk Model(CRM) based on the existing Instrument Landing System(ILS) are applied. However, the Navigation System Error(NSE) and Flight Technical Error(FTE) are different between ILS and GBAS approach/landing systems. Therefore, it should be developped and applied the OAS and CRM appropriate to GBAS approach/landing systems. In this paper, for obstacle clearance criteria, the existing OAS and ILS CRM are reviewed and the issues to be considered to adapt them to GBAS approach/landing systems are shown.
