Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A phased array radar has the capability to perform adaptive sampling by directing the radar beam without inertia in any direction. An filter has been used when only a sampling interval is constant. Therefore, it has been difficult to use an filter to track a target using a phased array radar. In this paper, we propose an filter for a transient response with variable sampling intervals.
