| 抄録(和) | 電気製品の消費電力抑制の気運が高まる中、実際にチップなどに給電するレギュレータは非常に注目されている.本稿は、レギュレータの一種、DC-DCコンバータが入力電圧及び負荷電流に対し、ダイナミックにスイッチング周波数を調整し、高い変換効率を保持するアルゴリズムを紹介する.なお、このアルゴリズムにより、発振回路がより簡単になる提案回路を説明する.最後にシミュレーションにより回路効率の改善を確認する. |
| 抄録(英) | Even though the tendency is towards the suppression of power consumption in electronic devices, regulator circuits which supply power to IC chips are very essential. In this paper we propose an algorithm to achieve high conversion efficiency of DC-DC converter. The proposed algorithm adjusts the switching frequency of DC-DC converter based on the input voltage and load current so that the conversion efficiency increases. Moreover, based on this algorithm, the oscillator being used in the proposed circuit becomes simpler. Finally, we confirm the efficiency of the proposed circuit through simulations. |
