Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) An adaptively biased voltage buffer is proposed. Based on adaptive biasing, moderately high slew rate buffer has been implemented which operates with relatively low static power consumption of 1.22mW. Simulation results of the proposed circuit in 0.35um CMOS with 3.3V power supply shows that the circuit has large output range of 3.0V. The gain error being -51.5mdB, the slew-rate (rising) and slew-rate (falling) are respectively 58.9 V/us and 5.4 V/us. The buffer shows -53.0dB total harmonic distortion (THD).
