Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we present an ultra-low voltage 2-stage analog amplifier circuit using only subthreshold current. There are both n-type and p-type differential amplifier circuits at first-stage. At second-stage, simple output buffer circuit is connected from each outputs of first-stage. Thus, proposed circuit realizes high gain, wide input/output range and ultra-low current consumption. As a result of simulation with standard 0.18μm CMOS process, DC gain is 62.8dB and current consumption is 4.1nA at 0.4V. The input/output range is 96.7% of 0.4V by voltage-follower operation.
