Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can promote and suppress the brain activity without the effect to the other region by regional stimulation. However the effect of rTMS to brain activity is unclear. In this study, we paid attention to the rTMS effect to the brain waves and searched the effect. To investigate the effect of rTMS, we applied rTMS to M1 and recorded the brain waves. Moreover we analyzed the frequency of the data. It was found that the power spectrum of a band was increased in the electrode nearby the stimulus point and the contralateral electrode.
