Abstract(in English) Abstract In this paper, we focus on reading out with screen reader to support that the acquired and severely visually handicapped understand electronic documents. At first, we interviewed to fmd problems when they accessed the electronic documents using screen reader. We found that screen readers read out regardless of structural styles in many documents. Therefore we propose "Text-to-Speech" method of reading out based on structural styles. From our experiments, our proposed method is useful for visually handicapped to understand information in the electronic document.
