Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes a database system for sharing and reuse of learning content, developed and operated by OUJ-CODE. Our newly arranged metadata schema is basically based on IEEE LOM, but some elements (e.g. copyright information and quality assurance of content) are added. To manage the metadata sustainably, new framework - each organization tags metadata of its content - is proposed. By specifying subsets of metadata and implementing its interface to users, various application systems using the metadata database can be developed.
