Abstract(in English) In a practical work of the web-site design, not only teacher's subjective assessment but also the learner's evaluating each other mutually can expect the confirmation of communication and the improvement of the willingness to learn. The purpose of this study is to develop a support system for peer assessment on web. In this system, the tag of the balloon type can be arranged for web pages that learners created. The comment and the assessment are input to them, and the position to be evaluated clearly can be shown. Moreover, the outline of the assessment and the evaluator can be distinguished depending on shape and the color of tag. In addition, it is possible to present it filtering by them.
