Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | A central part of a standard English course in a Japanese national university is extensive reading (ER), which means students reading a lot of easy books. ER is most effective if students read voluntarily and regularly. This paper reports an online system to support classes in which ER is used, and assesses how effective it has been. |
